Derrick Miller, an incredible Service Manager! Derrick is highly knowledgeable in all things auto repair! He is very passionate about automotive technology. Loves car shows, race cars, looking good at the front counter as well as helping you better understand what your car is telling us! He is a fun and loving husband and father and loves spending time with his family. In his spare time he's Mr. Fixit around his home, doing updates and repairs, then repairing his updates! He's also into military "anything", so if you're a military enthusiast, you've got a comrade to chat it up with while you’re here. Derrick plans to buy a travel trailer and show his daughter and son this great country!
Brett Klosterman, Master Technician and First Mate of the ship! Brett enjoys saving people! He is a hero Fire Fighter, enjoys the outdoors and all the outdoor stuff, hunting, fishing, breathing air! Brett is also a high profile movie critic (well high profile in our shop) He practices memorizing movie dialog! Brett has got plans to travel the world thanks to Dave Ramsey's, "beans and rice advise". If this guy was doing any better he couldn't stand it!
Randi Klosterman – Our Budget Boss & Friendly Finance Queen If there were a gold medal for multitasking, Randi would already have it framed on her office wall. As our resident number-crunching ninja and budget-balancing wizard, she keeps the books in check and the vibes high at Grand Pointe. By day, she’s the calm, collected force behind our finances. By night (and weekends, and probably early mornings), she’s a full-time mom to two awesome kids—her favorite “second job.” Randi’s the kind of person who can talk tax codes and toddler tantrums in the same breath and still have time to ask how your day is going. When she’s not wrangling spreadsheets or snack schedules, you’ll find her diving into a good book, planning her next travel adventure, or catching up with friends and family. She’s got a soft spot for strong, smart women—Robin Roberts and Tina Fey are her icons—and it shows in the way she leads with both heart and humor. If she hit the jackpot tomorrow, she’d still stick around Michigan for the summers (because let’s be honest, they’re unbeatable), but you’d probably catch her cruising the Pacific in the winter—California to Hawaii, anyone? Randi’s not just part of the team—she’s part of what makes Grand Pointe feel like home.
The Captain of the Ship / CEO / Our Fearless Leader. Aaron is busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest! When he's not too busy he likes spending his time with his wife and kids, boating, fishing, he also likes watching the Tigers play. Aaron is grateful to his Father and Grandfather for building and maintaining a legacy business that has earned an outstanding reputation serving the local community's automotive repair needs. Aaron is a "support local" type of guy, he wants to invest more in his community as well help local charities. What he likes best about his seat in the Captains chair is the ability to offer people a workplace where they can grow, and develop their skills to become the best they can be with what they love to do.
